You can use a single oil, a duo or build blends that you enjoy. Put 6 – 8 drops of essential oil in water in your diffuser to enjoy hours of amazing scents with therapeutic properties – you will be amazed at the difference essential oils make!
For topical application, blend with a carrier oil with no less than 50% of the massage oil being carrier oil (75% for children under 12) – not recommended for infants or children under two – just use carrier oil on them or lotion if you wish to massage.
