Baliba Aroma Oils stands by the quality of its products and service. Goods are checked prior to despatch to ensure correctness and quality.

If in the unlikely event your product is found to be defective upon receipt, please contact us by either emailing help@balibaaromaoils.co.nz or phone +64 223539576 within 7 days of receiving the goods.

In the event that the item has a defect due to poor quality or poor workmanship, we may choose to repair or replace the item or may offer a refund if the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent.

We will advise you when you contact us, action taken will depend on the nature of the problem.

If you have simply changed your mind, or if you have damaged the item or failed to correctly follow the instructions for use of the product, we are generally unable to provide a refund.

Refunds

If a refund is offered, we will ask you for your bank account details, and a refund will usually be available in your bank account within 3 working days, depending on the processing time of the bank.
