Balance Blend – Essential Oil Blend 10ml
This is my personal favourite essential oil blend – one I have used for decades, all day, but most particularly at the end of the working day. I love the combination of the essential oil scents, but more importantly, the therapeutic benefit of the 3 essential oils in the blend as they come together to calm, balance & inspire, much like getting your shoes off at the end of the day and walking barefoot.
Use 4 – 6 drops in a diffuser for a medium room & diffuser for 60 – 120 minutes. The blend will be in your system within seconds and through your entire body within 30 minutes. Don’t forget to allow yourself some time to relax and rest. You will find that you feel lighter, calmer, and more upbeat in a very short time – as will others around you.
The blend has been created with pure essential oils blended to our own recipe.
Included in this 10ml essential oil blend: Lavender, Sweet Orange & Geranium.
- Lavender essential oil: used to calm, heal, rejuvenate
- Sweet orange essential oil: the conversation starter, orange is inspiring and enables creative thoughts & conversation. It is uplifting & inspiring.
- Geranium essential oil is the balancer – get off the roller coaster and feel balanced.
The combined scents of these three essential oils are wonderfully relaxing and calming.
Orange essential oil is photosensitive. Do not use this product topically if you intend to go into the sun. Avoid use of lavender essential oil for the first trimester of pregnancy.
