Our own blend of essential oils blended to help mindfulness, clarity of thinking, and singular focus and calm. Those who meditate will enjoy this blend of pure essential oils, each in its own way adding to a sense of peace and calm.
4 – 6 drops in a diffuser, set in a peaceful, quiet space are ideal for meditative thoughts. In ancient times, and still practiced today around the world – meditation is best conducted in the very early morning – facing north, after showering and dressing in comfortable, light clothing (optimally light in colour).
This is an excellent blend to use during meditation, or just to bring calm to your space while you enjoy being with your thoughts.
This blend has been created with pure essential oils, suitable for all people, is safe during pregnancy and fine to use with young children and pets around – but please reduce the amount of oil you use in the presence of children and animals – and ensure there is adequate ventilation in the room
Diffuser use: 6 to 8 drops in an essential oil diffuser into a medium sized room (for adults). Where children over 2 and under 12 are present, halve this amount and have it again where children under 2 may be around.
