Breathe Easy Essential Oil Blend

Breathe Easy Blend is a custom blend of essential oils that enables relief from congestion for blocked nasal or chest when you have a cold or hay fever. Soothing lavender, anti inflammatory frankincense, decongesting eucalyptus and anti spasmodic basil work together to easy coughing, reduce congestion and create more ease.

This blend also enables deeper, more restorative sleep and relaxation, so you can get better more quickly if you are unwell.

Diffuse six to eight drops in your bedroom for about an hour before bed, then put the diffuser on intermittent mist during the night. If you wish to, you could also put a couple of drops in a moisturiser or oil and massage into your chest & neck. You can also do this for children, but use very small amounts, as essential oils are very concentrated.

This blend is safe to use around children, but use only one or two drops of essential oil on intermittent mist, or just outside the bedroom. Allow ventilation in nursery. Essential oils should not be used at full strength by children under 12 (and in very dilute quantity under two years of age).
