Calm Blend – Essential Oil Blend 10ml
Calm Blend is a beautiful combination of essential oils that serve to allay doubt and reduce anxiety – allowing clear, balanced thought processes – vital at times of high stress or anxiety.
This blend contains bergamot essential oil, geranium essential oil, sweet marjoram essential oil, and lavender essential oil, each of which contributes to calm, balanced emotions.
There are other essential oils you can add in times of crisis, such as lemongrass for overwhelm, ginger for grief or loss, or lime where self-assuredness or negativity is impacting your calmness, or causing angst.
Diffuse 4 to 6 drops in an essential oil diffuser in a medium sized room for up to three hours. If need be, you can increase the amount of mist in the room by making the water around body temperature rather than cool from the tap.
