Baliba NZ stands by the quality of its diffusers and service. Goods are checked prior to dispatch to ensure correctness and quality.
Please contact us immediately if you feel you have been sent the incorrect item(s) and we will happily resolve this immediately at our cost.
If you feel you have selected the wrong product for your requirements, we are happy to have it returned to us for exchange or issue a store credit for the amount of the purchase (less shipping) when it is returned in an unused and saleable condition within 30 days of your order being shipped. Goods in a used condition or without original packaging can not be exchanged or given store credit.
Cost for the return of goods for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser. All care must be taken with packing for return and a tracked courier must be used. If items are lost on the return journey, no responsibility can be taken for replacement or refund.
In the instance that you wish to exchange your item, the courier cost for the second item to be sent will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We will need a short video to demonstrate the problem in the first instance for electric products, as it may be resolvable.
In the event that the item has a defect due to poor quality or poor workmanship, we may choose to repair or replace the item or may offer a refund if the item is returned in the same condition that it was sent.
Manufactured products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in an unopened, saleable condition. Courier charge will not be refunded and in the instance of an item being returned that was part of a value set, the full purchase price of any other items in the set that have been kept will be charged.
Items returned that received free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from any resulting refune at our cost inclusive of GST.
No refund is orrdered for items that have been opened and used, with the exception of electric essential oil diffusers.As we are not able to supervise use of any products, we do not offer refunds for non electric products that have been used.
Refunds
If a refund is offered, we will ask you for your bank account details, and a refund will usually be available in your bank account within 7 working days, depending on the processing time of the bank and processes followed by credit card intermediaries.
