I initially tried this product to help with broken sleep. Since beginning to use it I have had several nights where I have slept right through the night and when i have woken, which is more usual, I’m able to get back to sleep quickly and easily. And my husband has commented on how well I am sleeping.
A bonus has been the relief I’ve had when I’ve used it on back and hip ache. And when I developed pain in the side of one knee I applied some of the butter straight away….by the time I had picked up my handbag and walked to the front door the pain was gone! That has happened several times now.
